Crockpot Knockwurst And Cabbage

  1. Cut knockwurst into 2 inch chunks.
  2. In crockpot arrange alternate layers of meat with onions and cabbage.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and caraway seeds.
  4. Pour bouillon over all.
  5. Cover and cook on low 5 to 6 hours or until cabbage is tender.
  6. Makes 6 servings.
  7. NOTE: If a more chewy texture in the knockwurst is preferred, add the meat during the last hour of cooking.
