Bell Pepper Relish Recipe

  1. Remove cores and seeds from peppers and chop finely.
  2. Peel onions and chop finely.
  3. Cover with boiling water and let stand 5 min.
  4. Drain and add in the vinegar, sugar and salt.
  5. Pour into warm, sterilized jars and seal.
  6. Process 5 min.
  7. This recipe yields 6 pints.
  8. Yield: 6 pints
