Salmon Dip

  1. Add water chestnuts and parsley to food processor; process until coarsely chopped.
  2. Remove from bowl.
  3. Reinsert blade; add salmon, cream cheese, green onions, milk, lemon juice, horseradish and salt.
  4. Process till blended.
  5. Add water chestnuts and parsley; process just till mixed.
  6. Cover; chill.
  7. Serve with crackers and vegetables.
