Crispy Chicken
- 200 g boneless chicken
- 1 teaspoon tomato sauce
- 12 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornflour
- 12 teaspoon msg
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- salt
- oil (for frying)
- Cut the chicken into thin slices.
- Wash and dry completely.
- Marinate with tomato sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, cornflour and msg (ajinomotto).
- Let stand for half an hour.
- Deep fry and serve hot with coleslaw or mayonnaise.
