Hickory Pork Loin and Beans
- 1 (4 lb) pork loin
- 6 ounces bacon, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon steak seasoning
- 1 tablespoon hickory smoke salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
- 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans kidney beans
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can lima beans
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can butter beans
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can great northern beans
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 (12 ounce) bottle beer
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- Slice onions and cook bacon.
- Combine all items in the pressure cooker.
- Cook on high until steaming regularly, turn down, and let cook 20 minutes.
