Grilled Lamb with Horseradish-Mint Sauce

  1. Combine first three ingredients.
  2. Set aside.
  3. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead.
  4. Cover and refrigerate.)
  5. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat) or preheat broiler.
  6. Combine mustard and garlic and rub on both sides of lamb.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Grill lamb to desired doneness, about 5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  9. Serve immediately with sauce.
