- 1 block Tofu (silken or firm)
- 100 grams Pork (either offcuts or ground pork will be OK)
- 1 Pepper

- 2 tsp Chinese soup stock or Weipa
- 100 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Katakuriko

- Break up the tofu with your hands and heat in the microwave for about 3 minutes to evaporate the water.

- Mix the ingredients together.
- Heat some sesame oil (not included in the recipe.
- Vegetable oil will be OK) in a frying pan.
- Add the pork (this time I used ground pork) and stir fry until thoroughly cooked.
- Add the tofu in the pan.
- Stir fry it a little.
- Season with black pepper.
- Stir in the seasonings and simmer until soup thickens.
- Done!
