Cheesy Potluck Potatoes

  1. Add VELVEETA, half-and-half and margarine and to a large saucepan; cook until melted.
  2. Add hash browns.
  3. Spoon mixture into a 13x9-inch baking dish and cover with foil.
  4. Bake at 375F for 1-1/2 hours, stirring once halfway through baking.
  5. Tip: The cheese sauce will thicken after standing a bit...don?t worry if it looks runny!
