Cheesy Potluck Potatoes
- 1 lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA, cut up
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) margarine
- 1 pkg. (32 oz.) ORE-IDA Diced Hash Brown Potatoes
- Add VELVEETA, half-and-half and margarine and to a large saucepan; cook until melted.
- Add hash browns.
- Spoon mixture into a 13x9-inch baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake at 375F for 1-1/2 hours, stirring once halfway through baking.
- Tip: The cheese sauce will thicken after standing a bit...don?t worry if it looks runny!
