Vegetable Soup

  1. Simmer meat covered with water until well-done.
  2. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cool meat and pull from bone.
  4. Cut into small pieces.
  5. Add 1 pint of tomato juice to broth.
  6. Sir in onion flakes, potatoes, and mixed vegetables.
  7. Cook until vegetables are done.
  8. Then simmer for 30-45 minutes.
  9. If you plan to freeze, do not add potatoes.
