Healthy No-Bake Peanut Chocolate Pretzel Granola Bars
- 1/4 cups Dates (soaked In Just Enough Water To Cover For About 1 Hour)
- 1/2 cups Chopped Pretzels Or Gluten-Free Pretzels
- 13 cups Honey Or Agave
- 13 cups Creamy Salted Natural Peanut Butter (or Almond Butter)
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tablespoons Ground Flax, Coconut Shreds Or Nutritional Yeast
- 1- 1/2 cup Oats Or Gluten Free Oats
- 13 cups Chocolate Chips Or Chopped Chocolate
- Drain the soaked dates.
- Chop the soft dates until they become a rough paste.
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Press mixture into a parchment lined 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish.
- Place in the refrigerator or freezer to set for 30 minutes.
- Cut into slices.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Note: Nutritional yeast is a healthy supplement that has a nice nutty flavor and tastes fantastic in these bars!
