Healthy No-Bake Peanut Chocolate Pretzel Granola Bars

  1. Drain the soaked dates.
  2. Chop the soft dates until they become a rough paste.
  3. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  4. Press mixture into a parchment lined 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish.
  5. Place in the refrigerator or freezer to set for 30 minutes.
  6. Cut into slices.
  7. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
  8. Note: Nutritional yeast is a healthy supplement that has a nice nutty flavor and tastes fantastic in these bars!
