Slow-Cooker Pear & Cranberry Crisp

  1. Mix dry pudding mix, 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon until blended.
  2. Toss fruit with 1/4 cup butter in large bowl.
  3. Add pudding mixture; mix lightly.
  4. Spoon into slow cooker; cover with lid.
  5. Cook on LOW 3 to 4 hours.
  6. Meanwhile, combine crushed wafers, nuts, remaining sugar and butter in shallow microwaveable dish.
  7. Microwave on HIGH 1 min.
  8. ; stir.
  9. Microwave 1-1/2 to 2 min.
  10. or until golden brown, stirring every 30 sec.
  11. Cool.
  12. Sprinkle dessert with crumb mixture just before serving.
