Quick & Delicious Pan-Fried Ginger Pork with Golden Sauce
- 300 grams Thinly sliced pork
- 1 tbsp White flour
- 2 tbsp Katakuriko
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Cooking sake
- 1 tbsp Soft brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1/2 tbsp Ginger (grated)
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 4 leaves Cabbage (shredded)
- 8 Cherry tomatoes
- Coat the meat in the flour and katakuriko.
- Heat oil in the frying pan.
- Spread the meat in the pan so that the pieces do not overlap.
- Cook over medium heat.
- Once one side has cooked, flip over and cook the other side.
- Add in the combined seasoning ingredients and cook until the sauce as thickened.
- Serve on a plate with chopped lettuce (pictured, not mentioned in ingredients).
