Quick & Delicious Pan-Fried Ginger Pork with Golden Sauce

  1. Coat the meat in the flour and katakuriko.
  2. Heat oil in the frying pan.
  3. Spread the meat in the pan so that the pieces do not overlap.
  4. Cook over medium heat.
  5. Once one side has cooked, flip over and cook the other side.
  6. Add in the combined seasoning ingredients and cook until the sauce as thickened.
  7. Serve on a plate with chopped lettuce (pictured, not mentioned in ingredients).
