Chocolate Peanut Butter Sauce/Topping

• 34 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 34 cup sweetened condensed milk
• 12 cup peanut butter (I prefer chunky!)
• 1 tablespoon water (to thin)

1. Combine all ingredients in a non-stick pot.
2. Cook on low, stirring constantly until blended and melted.
3. Slowly stir in small amounts of water until desired consistency.
4. Serve warm on ice cream!
