Simple Light Crepe
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups water
- 14 cup egg substitute
- vanilla
- Splenda granular
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Spray a skillet with non-stick cooking spray.
- On medium heat pour about 1/4 cup batter on skillet.
- Cook till it has some brown spots on one side.
- Then flip to continue cooking on the other side.
- Repeat with the rest of the batter.
