BBQ Grilled Chicken Kabobs
- 1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
- (peppers, mushrooms, onions and zucchini)
- 1 bottle (18 oz.) KRAFT Barbecue Sauce, any flavor
- Arrange chicken and vegetables on skewers.
- Place kabobs on grill over medium coals.
- Grill 10 to 15 minutes or until cooked through, turning once and brushing frequently with barbecue sauce.
- Serve with additional barbecue sauce.
- Try serving with hot MINUTE White Rice.
- Tip!
- Broil: Place kabobs on rack of broiler pan.
- Broil 5 to 7 inches from heat 10 to 15 minutes or to desired doneness, turning once and brushing frequently with barbecue sauce.
