Chili Corn

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix oil, corn meal, and egg.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour into 9x9 square baking pan.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan over the top.
  6. Bake for 1 hour or until set.
  7. Test for doneness by shaking dish side-to-side.
  8. The corn will be firm, not loose.
