Olde English Pub Spread
- 2 qt. PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 qt. KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 2 cups beer
- 3 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/2 tsp. DURKEE Hot Sauce
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- Beat cream cheese and butter with electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment on low speed for 2 minutes.
- Add all remaining ingredients.
- Beat 1 minute or until well blended; cover.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or until chilled.
- Serve as a spread with assorted crackers.
