Garlic Mustard
- 8 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 8 fl. oz. dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. basil leaves
- 1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
- Preheat oven to 325F.
- Place garlic in a small baking dish and drizzle with oil.
- Roast garlic 20 to 30 minutes, stirring frequently, until garlic is soft.
- Mash garlic, removing any tough pieces.
- Combine mashed garlic with remaining ingredients and refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to blend.
