Bills Deviled Eggs With Blue Cheese and Thyme

  1. Simmer eggs until hard, Cool eggs and cut in half,
  2. Separate yolks to a med bowl.
  3. Mash yolks then add thyme, onion, pickel, pepper,salt, blue cheese.
  4. Mix then add whatever mustard you need for the right consistency.
  5. Fill each eggwhite and cover then refrigerate,
  6. Serve cool.
  7. You can if you want sprinkle paprika on eggs for decoration.
