Vietnamese spring rolls

  1. Defrost shrimp and peel.
  2. Chop into 3-4 pieces each
  3. Put dried black fungus in water for an hour
  4. Peel turnip and cut into cubes
  5. Mix pork, shrimp, dried black fungus and turnip.
  6. Add eggs, salt, pepper and cornstarch and mix
  7. Marinate mixture for an hour
  8. Wrap
  9. Put oil in pan and fry until cooked
