Vietnamese spring rolls
- 1/2 turnip
- 1 lb shrimp
- 1 packages dried black fungus
- 1 lb ground pork
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp pepper
- Defrost shrimp and peel.
- Chop into 3-4 pieces each
- Put dried black fungus in water for an hour
- Peel turnip and cut into cubes
- Mix pork, shrimp, dried black fungus and turnip.
- Add eggs, salt, pepper and cornstarch and mix
- Marinate mixture for an hour
- Wrap
- Put oil in pan and fry until cooked
