Chicken Alexandra
- 2 piece chicken breasts
- 2 can cream of corn
- 5 piece medium size potato
- 1/2 cup cheese (shredded)
- 1 box all purpose cream
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 can evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup cheese (shredded)
- 1/4 cup water
- For white sauce: bring to boil the all purpose cream, stick butter cheese and evap milk.
- Add water to taste..
- For the chicken: boil the chicken breasts and slice to bite size (1 in x 1 in)
- For the potatoes: boil the potatoes and mashed..
- Layer the sliced chicken in a pan..
- Preheat oven and put the white sauce on top of the chicken
- Layer the cream of corn on top of the white sauce..
- Add the mashed potato on top of the cream of corn..
- Layer the remaining white sauce on top and add the shredded cheese
- Bake for about 20 mins or until you see bubbles from cream of corn
