Buffet Taco Salad Recipe
- 1 lrg Corn chips, large bag
- 2 lb Grnd beef
- 2 pkt Taco seasoning mix
- 1 can Kidney beans
- 12 ounce Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 x Onion, minced
- 1 lrg Lettuce, 1 head
- 2 x Tomatoes, diced
- 1 can Enchilada sauce
- 1 can Black olives, sliced
- 12 ounce Lowfat sour cream
- 8 ounce Guacamole
- Brown grnd beef with taco seasoning.
- Place items listed in a vugget fashion in the above order.
- Each person layers his own salad, starting with corn chips, grnd beef and going down the list.
- There are other ingredients you may wish to add in.
