Pickled okra, Refrigerator pickled okra

  1. Pick through the okra use fancy or choice grade okra.
  2. Fancy grade or choice grade will be no longer then your pointing finger.
  3. Its more tender the bigger the okra the tougher it is.
  4. Wash the okra.
  5. In a sterilized 46 ounce jar add all the ingredients
  6. Top off with water if not full.
  7. Set in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
  8. Shake jar every other day, to get everything incorporated well.
  9. Keep refrigerated.
  10. It will last as long as a jar of pickles will.
