Salisbury Steak With Wine Recipe

  1. Mix thoroughly 1/3 c. soup, beef, bread crumbs and egg.
  2. Shape into oval patties.
  3. Brown patties.
  4. Combine remaining soup, wine and 1/3 c. + 1/2 can to 1 can water.
  5. Pour over patties and simmer till done (about 1 hour).
  6. 1 Tbsp.
  7. tapioca added to the soup mix will help thicken the sauce.
