Bistro Style Croissant
- 3 cups GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard or Country Dijon Mustard
- 3 cups KRAFT Golden Italian Dressing
- 48 each croissants, split
- 48 each lettuce leaves
- 96 slices KRAFT Pasteurized Process Swiss Cheese Slice
- 192 slices OSCAR MAYER Ham Stacks Water Added 1/2 oz. Slice
- 96 slices LOUIS RICH Turkey Stacks Oven Roasted 1/2 oz. Slice
- 3 qt. Canned roasted red pepper strips, drained
- Mix mustard and dressing with wire whisk until well blended; cover.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- For each serving: Spread each cut side of croissant with 1 Tbsp.
- of the mustard mixture.
- Place 1 lettuce leaf, 2 process cheese slices, 4 ham slices, 2 turkey slices and 2 pepper strips on bottom half of croissant; cover with top half of croissant.
