Chicken Fajitas
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- dash of hot pepper sauce
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in strips
- 1 sliced onion
- 1 sliced red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 lime, cut in half
- 12 corn tortillas
- Combine first 7 ingredients.
- Mix well and add chicken strips. Marinate at least 1 hour.
- Heat nonstick skillet and cook chicken until no longer pink.
- Remove from pan and set aside.
- Add onion and bell pepper strips to pan.
- Cook covered until tender.
- Squeeze lime juice into pan.
- Serve on hot corn or flour shells.
