Quick Italian Soup with Biscuits

  1. Cook & stir ground beef until brown; drain.
  2. Stir in garlic, tomato sauce, sugar, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, & American cheese.
  3. You could also add mushrooms if you want.
  4. Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
  5. Simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.
  6. Heat oven to 400F.
  7. Grease cookie sheet.
  8. Mix baking mix, milk, & egg.
  9. Can add salt for taste if desired.
  10. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet.
  11. Bake for 12 minutes.
  12. Put soup in bowl, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  13. Top with a biscuit.
