Thai Coconut Soup Recipe

  1. Simmer first 7 ingredients (up to and including raw chicken) for about 15 min.
  2. Add in chili sauce, fish sauce and lime juice.
  3. Turn off burner and allow to sit awhile before serving.
  4. Add in fresh cilantro just before serving.
