Spring Cabbage and Bacon Miso Soup
- 1/6 Spring cabbage
- 4 slice Bacon
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 tsp Dashi stock granules
- 1 Miso
- Slice the onion thinly.
- Cut up the bacon into 1 cm wide pieces.
- Cut up the cabbage into 1 cm wide pieces.
- Put all the ingredients into a pan and add enough water to cover.
- Simmer until the cabbage is soft.
- Dissolve in some miso.
- Taste and adjust.
- Add the dashi stock granules at the end.
- A delicious miso soup with the umami of the bacon and the sweetness of spring cabbage!
