Tossed Fresh Spinach Salad Recipe

  1. Toss spinach, water chestnuts, Large eggs and bacon and serve with dressing.
  2. For dressing, combine sugar, vinegar, oil, Worcestershire sauce, catsup and onion in blender jar and blend well.
  3. The dressing is delicious on other greens and on fruits.
  4. It keeps indefinitely.
  5. Yield: 6 servings.
  6. Optional: 4 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced.
