Award Winning Strawberry Salad With Poppyseed Recipe

  1. Wash and dry the spinach and lettuce.
  2. Place in a salad bowl and refrigeratetill ready to serve.
  3. To make the dressing, combine mayonnaise, sugar, lowfat milk, vinegar, and poppyseeds in a blender or possibly with a whisk till smooth.
  4. Refrigerate1 hour.
  5. Marinate strawberries in liqueur 1 hour.
  6. Drain berries; mix with greens.
  7. Pour dressing over the salad to taste or possibly serve separately.
  8. Top with onion to garnish.
