Walnut Soup Recipe

  1. Heat butter in pot, add in flour, mix well.
  2. Cook for a minute.
  3. Add in heated stock, lowfat milk, and wine while stirring.
  4. Let come to a boil.
  5. Add in lowfat sour cream, walnuts, mustard and garlic.
  6. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve warm, garnish with parsley.
  8. Makes 2 qts.
