Teriyaki Atsuage With Ginger

  1. Slice a large piece of atsuage into eighths, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 40 seconds at 500 W. Combine the ingredients marked in a separate bowl.
  2. Put the atsuage in a heated frying pan and cook over medium to strong heat until browned.
  3. Pour on the mixture to glaze.
  4. Transfer to serving dishes and season with shichimi spice and white sesame seeds.
