Teriyaki Atsuage With Ginger
- 1 pack Atsuage
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Juice from grated ginger
- 1 Shichimi seasoning
- 1 White toasted sesame seeds
- Slice a large piece of atsuage into eighths, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 40 seconds at 500 W. Combine the ingredients marked in a separate bowl.
- Put the atsuage in a heated frying pan and cook over medium to strong heat until browned.
- Pour on the mixture to glaze.
- Transfer to serving dishes and season with shichimi spice and white sesame seeds.
