Lobster Jarlsberg Fondue

  1. Shred the cheese.
  2. Toss the shredded cheese with the cornstarch until evenly coated.
  3. Pour the broth into a pot and set over low heat until bubbles rise.
  4. Gradually add the cheese, a handful at a time, until the cheese is completely melted.
  5. Do not let boil.
  6. Transfer to a warmed crockpot on low (or keep it in pot to eat).
  7. Stir in the juice, vinegar, and lobster.
  8. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  9. Serve with dippers.
