Cinnamon, Rice and Raisin Pudding

  1. Bring water to boil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat.
  2. Add rice and raisins; stir.
  3. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min.
  4. Remove from heat; let stand, covered, 5 min.
  5. Mix sour cream, sugar and cinnamon until blended.
  6. Add to rice mixture; mix well.
  7. Serve topped with nuts.
