Tabbouleh (Boil Water)

  1. Prepare bulgur wheat according to package directions or, in a large bowl pour 1 cup boiling water over bulgar wheat.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for one hour.
  3. In separate bowl combine tomatoes, cucumber, onion and garlic.
  4. Add the juice of one lemon.
  5. Add vinegar and oil.
  6. Toss to coat.
  7. Add mint and parsley.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Chill for at least one hour before serving.
