Mocha Latte Mousse

  1. Dissolve coffee in milk.
  2. Use to prepare pudding in large bowl as directed on package.
  3. Fold in 3 qt.
  4. of the whipped topping (or 3 cups of the whipped topping for trial recipe); cover.
  5. Refrigerate 2 hours or until thickened.
  6. Spoon 1/2 cup of the pudding mixture into each of 40 dessert dishes (or into 10 dessert dishes for trial recipe).
  7. Top each with 1 Tbsp.
  8. each of the remaining whipped topping and OREO Pieces.
  9. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
