Mocha Latte Mousse
- 1/4 cup instant coffee granules Walgreens $6.99 thru 02/06
- 2 qt. cold milk
- 3 cups JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
- 3 qt. prepared whipped topping, divided
- 2-1/2 cups OREO Pieces-Medium
- Dissolve coffee in milk.
- Use to prepare pudding in large bowl as directed on package.
- Fold in 3 qt.
- of the whipped topping (or 3 cups of the whipped topping for trial recipe); cover.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until thickened.
- Spoon 1/2 cup of the pudding mixture into each of 40 dessert dishes (or into 10 dessert dishes for trial recipe).
- Top each with 1 Tbsp.
- each of the remaining whipped topping and OREO Pieces.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
