Tossed Salad With Blue Cheese Recipe
- 1 head Romaine lettuce
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- Radishes, sliced
- Carrots, minced
- Cherry tomatoes, whole or possibly halved
- Avocados, sliced
- Pepperidge Farm seasoned croutons
- 1/2 pkg. blue cheese, crumbled
- La Martinque Famous French dressing
- Wash and dry salad vegetables.
- Fold in bowl.
- Avocado slices may be first dipped in lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Toss with La Martinique dressing, then add in crumbled blue cheese and croutons on top of salad.
