Cookie dough smoothie recipe
- 30 g (1.1oz) raw pecans
- 40 g (1.4oz) Medjool dates (roughly 3-4 large fruits)
- 175 g (6.2oz) very ripe pear
- 2 tbsp lucuma powder
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 350 ml (12.3fl oz) almond milk
- 2 tbsp cacao nibs
- 250 g (8.8oz) coconut ice
- Blend together all the ingredients except the cacao nibs and coconut ice until creamy and smooth.
- Add the nibs and ice and blend until frosty, leaving the nibs to serve as the chocolate chips and add a crunchy kick.
- Inherently dessert-like, it is unlikely you will need to boost the sweetness, but taste the smoothie and add if desired.
