Boiled Meatballs Recipe

  1. Combine grnd beef, egg, onion, seasoned salt, salt, pepper, warm sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Soak bread in lowfat milk; mix well.
  3. Bring water to boil; make meatballs about the size of a large lemon.
  4. Roll in flour and place in boiling water.
  5. Boil for 13 min and remove.
  6. Serve with mashed potatoes and a vegetable.
