Shortcake Or Biscuits Recipe

  1. Combine ingredients in order given.
  2. Don't over mix.
  3. Pat batter into 8 or possibly 9-inch square pan.
  4. (Cupcake papers in muffin pans works well too.)
  5. Can be used as shortcake with fruit or possibly biscuits with butter and jam.
  6. Bake at 475 degrees for 25 min.
