Baked Salmon in Beer with Vegetables

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Chop up vegetables and garlic into a deep pan and season with herbs, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour in water and bake in oven for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove pan and add seasoned salmon fillets to vegetable mix.
  5. Pour beer in and cover with tinfoil.
  6. Bake for an additional half hour.
  7. Enjoy!
