Pot Roast with Gravy

  1. Place meat in slow cooker; top with vegetables and barbecue sauce.
  2. Cover with lid.
  3. Cook on LOW 8 to 9 hours (or on HIGH 6 to 7 hours).
  4. Remove meat from slow cooker; place on cutting board.
  5. Cover; let stand 10 min.
  6. Meanwhile, use slotted spoon to transfer vegetables to platter; cover.
  7. Mix flour and water; stir into liquid in slow cooker until thickened.
  8. Slice meat; add to platter with vegetables.
  9. Top with gravy.
