Nostalgia-Filled Napolitan

  1. Boil plenty of water in a pot and add a lot of spaghetti.
  2. While the spaghetti is boiling, prepare the other materials.
  3. Cut the onion into 5mm half-moons.
  4. Cut the bacon in 1cm strips.
  5. Mince the garlic.
  6. Put vegetable oil and the garlic in a pan.
  7. Once the garlic has become fragrant, add the onions and bacon and cook.
  8. Once the onions have become wilted, season with salt and pepper, and add the ingredients marked with *.
  9. Cook until the liquid evaporates.
  10. Toss the boiled pasta and add a little olive oil.
  11. Be careful not to overcook.
  12. Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with parsley and powered cheese and it's ready to eat.
