Beef Teriyaki Recipe

  1. Slice steaks diagonally across the grain into 1/2 x 1-inch strips and place in a shallow pan or possibly large bowl.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
  3. Let marinate 1 to 2 hrs, turning 3 or possibly 4 times.
  4. Thread strips on skewers and grill till meat reaches desired degree of doneness.
  5. Yield: 12 servings

flank steak, white wine, soy sauce, onion, garlic, lemon juice, honey, beef broth, homemade beef broth, ginger root
