Brandy Snaps with Brandy Philly Cream

  1. Beat Philly*, cream, icing sugar and brandy until smooth.
  2. Chill, covered, 15 minutes, or until needed.
  3. Spoon Philly* mixture into a piping bag or snap-lock bag (with corner cut to pipe through).
  4. Pipe the Philly* mixture into the brandy snaps.
  5. Serve brandy snaps with fresh cherries or berries and dust with icing sugar.
