Brandy Snaps with Brandy Philly Cream
- 125g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 3/4 cup double thickened cream
- 1/4 cup icing sugar
- 2 teaspoons brandy
- 8 brandy snaps
- 200g fresh berries or cherries, to serve
- icing sugar, to dust
- Beat Philly*, cream, icing sugar and brandy until smooth.
- Chill, covered, 15 minutes, or until needed.
- Spoon Philly* mixture into a piping bag or snap-lock bag (with corner cut to pipe through).
- Pipe the Philly* mixture into the brandy snaps.
- Serve brandy snaps with fresh cherries or berries and dust with icing sugar.
