Sig's Raisin and chocolate chip cake

  1. mix all ingredients until dough becomes slightly foamy.
  2. preheat oven to 220C , grease the tin ,add mixture to funnel cake tin or similar baking tin with hole in middle and bake for about one hour, or until a skewer inserted comes away clean.
  3. Dust with icing sugar when cooled.
