Turkey Hill Ice Cream Cake
- 12 cup butter
- 1 pint chocolate marshmallow ice cream
- 2 eggs
- 2 14 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 cup heavy cream
- 14 cup canola oil
- 12 cup nuts, chopped
- 12 cup caramel ice cream topping
- 12 cup sour cream
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease the bottom of a 13" x 9" pan.
- Heat butter until melted and then remove from heat.
- Add ice cream, eggs, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, heavy cream and canola oil then beat until smooth.
- Pour into prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Combine nuts, topping and sour cream then pour over warm cake.
