Sea Palm Salad

  1. Soak sea palm fronds in large bowl of cold water 30 minutes, or until softened.
  2. Transfer to saucepan, and cover with water.
  3. Bring water to a boil, reduce heat to medium, and simmer 20 minutes.
  4. Drain, and rinse under cold water.
  5. Whisk together miso, vinegar, and soy sauce in large bowl.
  6. Add cucumber, radishes, red onion, and sea palm fronds, and toss to coat.
