Sara Moulton's Grape Crumble

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine grapes, jelly and orange juice in saucepan; cook on medium heat 7 to 10 min.
  2. or until grapes burst, stirring occasionally.
  3. Mix cornstarch, lemon juice and water until well blended.
  4. Add to grape mixture; mix well.
  5. Bring to boil; cook 1 min.
  6. or until thickened, stirring constantly.
  7. Spoon into shallow 1-qt.
  8. casserole dish or 8-inch round baking pan; set aside.
  9. Place butter, brown sugar and cinnamon in medium saucepan.
  10. Cook on medium heat 1 min.
  11. or just until bubbly, stirring frequently.
  12. Remove from heat.
  13. Stir in cereal.
  14. Spoon over grape mixture.
  15. Bake 15 min.
  16. or until lightly browned.
